Newark Farmers Market

Well Breathless Beauty will debut its soaps at the Newark Farmers Market Located at Military Park. The Market starts on June 26th and runs until October 30,2008. The market is open every Thursday from 11am-3pm.

Martha Stewart Show

Well what an eventful day I had with a great Friend.
Delores and I went ot see the Martha Stewart Show and we had Front row seats...
Delores is not only my friend but a fellow soapmaker that runs a terrific group call The Brooklyn CP soapmakers. You can join her group if you are a soapmaker by clicking on the side of my blog where it says Proud Member of Brooklyn CP Soapmakers. I suggest you join as she is a great person who has great expertise in soap making.

We learned about being more earth friendly today and got a great book on gardening plus we got a tree from the Arbor Foundation. I will post the pictures as soon as I can.

Back to work

I am officially back in work mode. Waiting on the lye to be delivered to make new creations. The weekend was very tranquil for me and I needed a break from the noise of the city. I will let you know whats on the agenda for my next creation as soon as I receive my Lye.

New Soap

Well just removed Rising Sun from the molds. It is officially done and looks like it is going to be a great seller. My husband says it reminds him of Pittsburgh because of its woodsy yet lemony scent. This is going to be a great addition to the items for men.
As soon as it gets a little on the harder side I will take a picture and post it for all to see.

New Creation

Today well ran out of some supplies had to place orders and went to mail out a package in the post office. Then decided I needed a new Gourmet Vegan Soap so as I was mixing away I kept jumping from one thought to the next. Then it hit me I only have one scent that caters to men I mean it is unisex but the men love it, so here I had my idea. Added 3 diferent scents and crushed Hibiscus flowers topped with candula . Now coming up with a name, the scents are unisex but not girly smelling...... I think Rising Sun. Yep thats is so Rising sun is now on its way to curing. I will post pics as soon as I cut them up tomorrow evening.

Going Away

I will be escaping for a weekend away in the mountains from Friday early afternoon until Sunday Evening. I will have limited access to email but will check it twice a day. I will ship any orders received over these three days on Monday afternoon.

Good Day

Well today started out really weird but I must say that with all the hits to my website and the support of Simply Sensational Gifts for purchasing 2 products I am now having a terrific day.
